Sample scheduling and logging
As soon as the samples arrive at the laboratory, they are logged and all the appropriate information is captured – tests required; priority etc. An accurate cost is then presented to the customer. Once this is accepted by the customer, the samples fall into a workflow the samples are tested and the results captured – all within an authorisation hierarchy. Once the samples have been fully processed the relevant reports and invoices are created online and where configured emailed to the customer. -
Central Data management
All the laboratory information is stored in a single store, providing consistency throughout reporting, invoicing, quoting, processing etc. -
Online Quoting
The ELM System provides a feature where laboratory staff can provide accurate quotes for customers based on the accurate data within the ELM data store. -
Reporting
Sample reports are available on-line immediately upon verification; and if configured; sent to client in pdf format via email automatically upon verification. -
Invoicing
Customer invoices are available on-line immediately upon verification; and if configured; sent to client in pdf format via email automatically upon verification.
